Merwin & Bray is het handelshuis die deze cupfire revolver  distribueerde.  Gemaakt naar Plant’s patent.                                   Merwin & Bray Fire arms Compagny met vestigingen in New York City en Worcester Massachusetts was actief van 1863 tot en met 1868. Dit wapen is mechanisch in uitstekende staat, nette trekken en velden. Deze is in .30 cupfire, en wordt voorin de kamers van de cilinder geladen. De opzet was om het Rollin White patent te omzeilen.

 Merwin & Bray  Fire Arms Company, New York City and Worchester  Massachusetts was active as the distributor of this Plant revolver  from 1863 till 1868.  This gun is mechanically in very good order, nice rifling. It is chambered for the .30 Cup fire cartridge that has to be loaded through the front of the cylinder chambers. This patent was meant as an infringement of the Rollin White patent.
